Despite 0.0% alcohol, the wine never feels thin, but rather impresses with astonishing fullness, clear fruit, and a refreshing, long-lasting finish. Unser Ziel war es, einen alkoholfreien Weißwein zu schaffen, der nicht wie eine Alternative wirkt, sondern wie ein echter HIRSCH-Wein: fruchtbetont, lebendig und mit maximalem Trinkfluss. Durch die besonders schonende Entalkoholisierung bleiben die typischen Aromen der Rebsorten und die natürliche Frische erhalten. So entsteht ein Wein für alle, die bewusst genießen möchten – beim Lunch, nach dem Sport, als Aperitif oder einfach dann, wenn der Moment nach einem guten Glas Wein verlangt.
