Maturation in Swabian barriques as well as the portion of carefully matured reserve wines give the cuvée additional depth, silky melting texture, and impressive harmony. On the palate, ROT UND WILD presents itself as full-bodied, powerful, and at the same time wonderfully balanced. Juicy dark fruit, supple tannins, and fine spice combine to form a harmonious overall picture with remarkable elegance. Despite its substance, the wine remains pleasantly accessible and delights with a long finish, exceptional drinkability, and an unmistakable signature.
