Wo alles begann. Die »Edition Junior« ist die Hommage an Christians erste Gehversuche in voller Verantwortung – im Weinberg und im Keller. Bereits während seiner Ausbildungszeit begann er 2006, eigene Ideen umzusetzen, Entscheidungen selbst zu treffen und seinen ganz persönlichen Stil zu entwickeln. Was damals mit viel Neugier, Leidenschaft und Mut begann, prägt seine Handschrift bis heute. Dieser Chardonnay steht sinnbildlich für diesen Weg. Goldgelb gereifte Trauben, eine schonende Vinifikation und das lange Vollhefelager verleihen ihm feinen Schmelz, elegante Frucht und eine beeindruckende Balance. Bewusst ohne dominantes Barrique zeigt er, wie viel Ausdruck, Finesse und Persönlichkeit in einem klassisch ausgebauten Chardonnay stecken. Die »Edition Junior« erinnert daran, wo alles begann – und daran, dass große Weine oft mit einer einzigen Idee anfangen. #seit2006
