Der erste Schritt. Die »Edition Junior« ist die Hommage an Christians erste Gehversuche in voller Verantwortung – im Weinberg und im Keller. Bereits während seiner Ausbildungszeit begann er 2006, eigene Ideen umzusetzen, Entscheidungen selbst zu treffen und seinen ganz persönlichen Stil zu entwickeln. Was damals mit viel Neugier, Leidenschaft und Mut begann, prägt seine Handschrift bis heute. Der Grauburgunder steht für die kraftvolle Seite der Edition Junior. Goldgelb gereifte Trauben, eine schonende Vinifikation und das lange Vollhefelager verleihen ihm saftige Frucht, feinen Schmelz und eine elegante Balance.
