Mehr als 71 Monate reift er in traditioneller Flaschengärung auf der Hefe – deutlich länger, als es selbst bei vielen Spitzensekten üblich ist. Diese außergewöhnliche Geduld verleiht ihm seine feine Perlage, beeindruckende Tiefe und außergewöhnliche Präzision. Als Brut Nature kommt er vollständig ohne Dosage aus. Nichts überdeckt seinen Charakter, nichts lenkt von Herkunft, Handwerk und der langen Reife ab. Jeder Schluck zeigt den Sekt so, wie er sein soll: klar, puristisch und kompromisslos authentisch. Manche Dinge lassen sich nicht beschleunigen. Große Sekte gehören dazu.
